I run my personal training sessions at HIGH PERFORMANCE CONDITIONING, which is located in the Sports Centre at the University of Salford, Salford, Greater Manchester, M5 4WT.
There are no quick fixes.
Instead I will teach you to understand your body’s capabilities and appreciate it’s beauty as well as advise you on how to nourish it with a natural and balanced diet.
Depending on your fitness goals, I will develop a program to help you successfully achieve them, may these be getting stronger, becoming more body confident, losing weight or enhancing your sport performance.
